Vampire Knight Guilty continues the story of Yuuki, Zero and Kaname. Yuuki is now suffering from bloodlust but still refuses to use her fangs, Kaname retrieves his leadership among pure-blood vampires and Zero continues to attend day class and his vampire hunting.
A meeting was held between the vampires and hunters to confirm their existing treaty, and at the vampire ball Zero, Kaname and Yuuki meet again.
