“I called SMART customer service not to chat with a customer representative but to ask for their assistance.  Whether I dialed this number *888 or this 02888111 using my mobile, they shouldn’t charged me for doing so,
that is why it is called CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hi, I called your customer service last monday ad guess what? It consumed all my prepaid load! 5minutes of your background music before I can actually talk to a customer service agent! more. I’m so annoyed!
